The Tews Brother house is available from July 1, 2024, through July 31, 2024. The owner also may entertain different lease terms of different lengths as long as they are 30 days or longer. This historic home has been meticulously renovated to provide modern amenities with an old charm, welcoming you with a breezy porch. As you enter, you will find a relaxing open concept to the formal dining room and a sitting area/office with French doors for privacy from the family room and kitchen, which makes a great gathering spot. On the second floor, you will find the primary suite and 2 other bedrooms sharing an expanded bathroom, all beautifully decorated; you will also love the bonus room on the third floor. A guest quarters add privacy to the whole family and include a dedicated entrance, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Outdoors, you will find a peaceful and private courtyard for your enjoyment. Off-street parking for one and additional street parking plus a guest parking pass. Your dog might be considered with an additional monthly fee.
