Fantastic double villa with incredible views over Carvoeiro to the coast with great views of the blue ocean. Enjoy this magnificent villa with 3 bedrooms each with fitted wardrobe in the main house and 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and kitchen in the studio. The master bedroom on the upper level with its own terrace, has an en suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has its own outdoor terrace. Living room, kitchen and dining room are connected, next to the kitchen a smaller group can enjoy your breakfast in the cozy breakfast area, the kitchen is fully equipped. From the dining room and living room with fireplace you can access the very large partially covered outdoor terrace with dining area and more sun loungers, the view of Carvoeiro and the ocean is really, simply beautiful. The dining area as well as the area with the sun loungers on the terrace each have an awning, one of them is electrically operated.
An outside staircase leads to the garden, with lemon and orange trees, a beautiful lawn is in front of the pool, here you can relax in the shade on more sun loungers wonderful.

On the pool level is the magnificent studio in “beach” style, completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, from which you can see the sea. Modern 160 x 200 double bed and a seating area for three persons give a nice ambience. The adjacent bathroom has been completely renovated and modernized. In front of the modern kitchenette is, to the outside, a kind of bar area in the direction of the pool, just enjoy a cool drink directly in the garden. In front of the studio terrace is the BBQ area. From the studio, you reach, as mentioned via the outside staircase or the main entrance to the spacious upper floor with your wonderful sea views, more sun loungers and outside dining area.

The property is fully fenced, from the electric gate you drive directly to the carport to park your car in the shade. Carvoeiro center is only 1-3 kilometers away and could also be reached on foot, here you will find restaurants, supermarket and beach many other possibilities for your leisure activities.

Location

Villa Flores is situated in the area of Carvoeiro Clube, one of the oldest and most renowned developments in Carvoeiro, spreading out over acres and acres of coastal stretch, distance to the Ocean varying from a few meters(!) to several hundred meters. One can walk down to the atmospheric center of town about 15-20 minutes, alternatively a taxi is cost friendly. The urbanization consists solely of detached pool villas on very good plots, all with mature gardens ensuring a very high level of privacy. There are no evening- and night activities, population is mix of international residents and tourists, The urbanization is much appreciated for its almost cliff top location, mostly offering nice sea- and country views. Magnificent beaches, several golf courses and Carvoeiro Clube de Tennis nearby. As it is an almost closed residential area there is hardly any traffic, only the few people who live there use Club's streets so a quiet surrounding is ensured. Carvoeiro is a traditional fishermen's village, fortunately having kept an authentic atmosphere over the years, making it to one of the most popular villa holiday destinations in the Algarve. The center looks down onto a small beach bay enclosed by rock formations, Praia do Carvoeiro, slopes with original building style properties enclose this picturesque scenario, its square is renowned. This little square right in front of the beach with numerous restaurants and bars around it is an absolute must to stroll around. In Carvoeiro huge tourist complexes have never been allowed, herewith ensuring the lovely village character which makes Carvoeiro so popular amongst both residents as well as tourists, offering renowned ice creams almost at the beach square, furthermore a wide variety of Portuguese- and international cuisine restaurants.
Still an attraction is the little municipal market, where you can buy fresh bread, meat and fish daily, the 'bica' (traditional Portuguese espresso) cannot be left untried. At its two center beaches, several traditional fishermen's boats invite to go and see the caves - you see beautiful rock formations and caves, made by the 'hands of nature', especially at low tide, especially from the sea you have a fantastic view over the impressive Algarve coast line with its golden sand beaches and magnificent rock formation raging up to 50m vertically out of the Ocean.110890/AL
